What it does

What the app does

Eight channels, one widget

WhatsApp, Call, Email, SMS, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram and a custom link. Use any mix, each with its own color and tooltip.

Product-aware WhatsApp messages

On product pages, the WhatsApp message can include the product name and link, so you know what the shopper is asking about.

Your colors, your layout

Choose colors, tooltips, 3 sizes and either bottom corner. Show the buttons stacked, or tucked into an expandable menu.

Show them where they help

Show the buttons on desktop, mobile or both, on the pages you pick, after a delay you set.

Scroll to top button

Add an optional scroll-to-top button next to your contact buttons.

Every change shows in a live preview while you set up, before you save.

How it works

  1. Start your free trial

    When the app is listed, add it to your store and start the 14-day free trial from its dashboard.

  2. Choose your channels

    Turn on the channels you want, such as WhatsApp and Call, and enter your numbers with the country code. The preview updates as you type.

  3. Turn on the app embed

    One click opens your theme editor with Floating Buttons switched on. Save it, and you are done.

  4. Fine-tune the look

    Use the Appearance, Display rules and Scroll to top tabs to set the look, the devices, the pages and the delay.

Tapping Call, Email or SMS opens the visitor's phone dialer, mail app or messaging app. On a desktop computer without a mail app, the Email button may appear to do nothing.

Is MatrixInn Floating Buttons for Shopify in the Shopify App Store yet?
Not yet. The app has been submitted and is under Shopify review. This page will link to the App Store listing as soon as the review is finished. To hear when it is live, send us a message.
Is this the same as your WordPress plugin or your WA Float WhatsApp Button app?
No, they are three separate products. WA Float WhatsApp Button is our live Shopify app with a single WhatsApp button. MatrixInn Floating Buttons for Shopify, on this page, is a multi-channel contact widget with eight channels, a scroll-to-top button, an expandable menu, and page and device rules. MatrixInn Floating Buttons for WordPress is a free plugin for WordPress sites.
What happens when a shopper taps a button?
Their device opens the chosen service directly: WhatsApp, the phone dialer, or their email or messaging app. The buttons are plain links, so that service's own privacy policy applies from then on.
Do I need to edit my theme code, and what data does the app collect?
No theme code is needed: you switch on the app embed once. The app requests no access to your products, orders or customers, and it sets no cookies and runs no analytics on your storefront. Details are in the privacy policy.
