What we build

Custom SaaS development services, end to end

SaaS products are deceptively complex — user management, billing, permissions, dashboards and integrations all have to work together. We have shipped it before. We know what to build first, what to skip, and how to launch an MVP that is actually worth launching. We also build internal tools and AI automation that replace manual workflows.

  • SaaS product development from scratch
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture & user management
  • MVP development for startups — ship the smallest version that proves value
  • Subscription billing & payment integration (Stripe)
  • Admin dashboards, analytics & usage tracking
  • AI SaaS development — LLM features, RAG over your data, autonomous agents
  • Custom internal tools & workflow automation
  • Legacy system modernization & re-platforming
Capabilities

The hard parts of SaaS, handled

These are the systems that decide whether a SaaS product scales or stalls. We architect them correctly from day one so you never have to re-platform.

01

Scalable architecture

Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with isolated tenant data, per-plan limits and a single deployment that serves customers from 10 users to 100,000 — built to scale horizontally as you grow.

02

Billing & subscriptions

Stripe Subscriptions integration, plan tiers, usage-based metering, trials, upgrades, dunning and invoicing — payments and plan enforcement wired end-to-end inside the product.

03

Dashboards & analytics

Built-in admin dashboards, role-based access, usage tracking and product analytics so you can see who uses what, spot churn early and make decisions on real data.

04

AI features

LLM-powered chat and summarisation, RAG over your own data, and autonomous agents that take actions inside your app — with prompts, evaluation, guardrails and cost controls treated as first-class.

Our process

From idea to scaled product in five stages

A predictable, milestone-based path. Every stage has a clear deliverable so you always know where the product stands and what comes next.

01 · Discovery

We pin down the problem, the users and the one metric that matters. You leave with a scoped feature list, a milestone plan and a fixed-scope estimate — before any code is written.

02 · Architecture

We design the data model, multi-tenant strategy, auth, billing and where AI fits. Getting tenancy and data isolation right here is what prevents an expensive re-platform later.

03 · MVP build

We build the smallest version that proves the value — core flows, billing and a clean UI. Tight scope, shipped fast, so you reach real users instead of polishing features nobody asked for.

04 · Launch

We deploy to production with CI/CD, monitoring and error tracking, hand over access and onboard your first paying users. The product goes live, not into a drawer.

05 · Scale

We iterate on usage data, add AI and integrations, tune performance and grow infrastructure as tenants and traffic climb — on a retainer or sprint cadence that fits your roadmap.

Use cases

What founders and teams hire us to build

A few of the SaaS shapes we ship most often. If yours is not here, it probably maps onto one of them.

B2B SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products where companies sign up, invite their teams and pay per seat or per usage — with role-based access, an admin console and audit trails baked in.

Startup MVPs

The first version of a new idea, scoped to prove demand fast. Built so the codebase scales into the full product instead of being thrown away after the demo.

AI-powered SaaS

Products with an LLM or agent at the core — copilots, document Q&A with RAG, automated workflows and AI features added to an existing platform.

Internal tools & dashboards

Software that replaces spreadsheets and manual processes — operations consoles, reporting dashboards and workflow automation built around how your team actually works.

Engagement models

Ways to work with us

Pick the shape that fits where your product is today. Most clients start with a build sprint and move onto a retainer after launch.

Fixed-scope build

A defined product or MVP delivered against a fixed milestone plan and estimate. Clear deliverables, clear price — ideal when the scope is well understood and you want certainty.

Monthly retainer

A continuous-iteration relationship for live products. We ship improvements, add features, monitor performance and scale infrastructure on an ongoing cadence — the most common post-launch model.

Team augmentation

Senior engineers who plug into your existing team and stack to accelerate a roadmap — useful when you have in-house product leadership but need delivery horsepower.

Tech stack

Our typical SaaS stack

Production-proven infrastructure that scales with your business. We pick the right tool per layer rather than forcing one framework on every problem.

FAQ

SaaS development questions, answered

How much does custom SaaS development cost?
It depends on scope, but most products fall into bands. A focused MVP for a startup typically runs lower because we ship a tight feature set first; a multi-tenant platform with billing, role-based access and integrations costs more. We scope every engagement against a fixed milestone plan before any code is written, so you always know what you are paying for. Email contact@matrixinnsolutions.com with your idea for a written estimate.
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?
A well-scoped MVP usually ships in a focused build cycle of a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on how many core flows it has. We deliberately cut to the smallest version that proves the value, launch it to real users, then iterate. Padding the first release with "nice to have" features is the fastest way to miss the market — so we don't.
What is multi-tenant SaaS architecture and do I need it?
Multi-tenant means one codebase and one deployment serves many customers (tenants), with each tenant's data isolated and secured. It is the standard model for B2B SaaS because it keeps hosting costs low and lets you ship one update to everyone at once. We design tenancy, data isolation and per-plan limits from day one so you never have to re-platform as you grow.
Can you add AI features to my SaaS product?
Yes — AI is a core part of how we build. We ship LLM-powered features (chat, summarisation, classification), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over your own data, and autonomous agents that take actions inside your app. We treat AI as a first-class part of the architecture: scoped prompts, evaluation, guardrails and cost controls, not a bolted-on demo.
Do you build the billing and subscription side too?
Yes. Subscription billing, plan tiers, usage-based metering, trials, upgrades, dunning and invoicing are built in. We integrate Stripe Subscriptions directly so payments, webhooks and plan enforcement are handled end-to-end inside the product.
What happens after launch — do you keep maintaining it?
We offer ongoing engagement models: a dedicated build sprint, a retainer for continuous iteration, or a hand-off with documentation if you have an in-house team. Most clients stay on a retainer after launch so we can ship improvements, monitor performance and scale infrastructure as usage grows.
