Platforms

Where we build your presence

We specialize in the three platforms that deliver the most measurable ROI for US businesses — and we focus your budget on the right one for your audience.

01

LinkedIn

The highest-converting platform for B2B businesses. We build thought leadership content, company page posts, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns that reach decision-makers by industry, title, and company size.

02

Instagram

Visual storytelling for brands that want to build community and brand awareness. We produce feed posts, Reels, and Stories with consistent design that attracts and retains followers who convert.

03

Facebook

Still the largest social network by US user count, and essential for local businesses and community-driven brands. Facebook Groups, Business Pages, and targeted Meta Ads reach local customers at scale.

Our process

From strategy to scheduled, every month

We run a repeatable monthly content cycle that keeps your presence consistent, strategic, and improving over time.

1. Strategy & audit

We audit your existing accounts, research your competitors, define your audience personas, and build a content strategy aligned to your specific business goals.

2. Content calendar

Every month we produce a full content calendar — topics, copy, and design for every post — and send it to you for review before anything gets published.

3. Design & schedule

We design all visuals, write final copy, and schedule posts through Buffer for optimal timing. We handle community replies and engagement throughout the month.

4. Report & optimize

At month end, we send a clear performance report with reach, engagement, and lead data. We use this to double down on what is working and cut what is not.

What to expect

Results that move the business, not just the metrics

Benchmarks from US business accounts we manage. Results vary by industry and starting point, but these are typical outcomes after 90 days of consistent management.

3–5× follower growth

Accounts with consistent, high-quality posting and engagement strategies see 3–5× follower growth in the first 90 days compared to sporadic posting.

Organic reachFollowers

40%+ higher engagement rate

Strategic content mix — educational, entertaining, social proof — consistently outperforms random posting with 40–80% higher engagement rates across all platforms.

EngagementComments

Qualified leads from LinkedIn

B2B clients running LinkedIn content + outreach campaigns generate 5–15 qualified inbound inquiries per month without paid ads — from targeted thought leadership content.

FAQ

Social media marketing questions, answered

Which social media platforms should my business focus on?
It depends entirely on where your customers spend their time and what you sell. B2B service businesses (consultants, agencies, tech companies) get the best ROI from LinkedIn. Restaurants, retail, beauty, fitness, and lifestyle brands perform well on Instagram and Facebook. Most local service businesses benefit most from Facebook and a Google Business Profile. We audit your existing presence, research where your competitors are winning, and recommend the one or two platforms that will move the needle — not every platform at once.
How many posts per week do you create?
Our standard management packages include 3–5 posts per week per platform. That is enough frequency to stay visible in the algorithm and build an active presence without over-posting to the point where quality drops. For LinkedIn specifically, 3–4 posts per week is the sweet spot for most B2B brands. We also handle stories, reels, and community engagement replies depending on your package tier.
Do you create the content, or do I supply it?
We handle everything — strategy, copywriting, design, and scheduling. You provide your brand guidelines, key messages, product info, and any photos or videos you want us to use. For clients who want a more custom visual look, we can integrate your own photo shoot assets or source stock imagery that fits your brand. Our design team works in Canva and Adobe Suite to produce scroll-stopping visuals for every post.
What is the difference between organic social media and paid social ads?
Organic social media means the posts you publish to your page — they reach your existing followers and occasionally get picked up by the algorithm for broader reach. Paid social (ads) means you put budget behind content to reach a targeted audience beyond your followers — by demographics, interests, job titles, location, or behavior. Organic builds community and brand authority over time. Paid ads generate faster, more measurable reach and conversions. We offer both, and the most effective strategies combine them.
How do you measure ROI from social media marketing?
We track a tiered set of metrics: vanity metrics (impressions, reach, follower growth) to measure brand awareness; engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves, click-through rate) to measure content quality; and conversion metrics (website sessions from social, leads, form fills, sales) to measure actual business impact. Every month we provide a clear report linking content activity to downstream outcomes. If a platform or content type is not generating returns, we tell you and adjust the strategy.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. We offer month-to-month social media management because we believe you should stay with us because we are delivering results, not because you are locked in. We do ask for a 90-day initial commitment on new accounts because organic social takes time to build momentum and it would not be fair to measure results in the first month. After 90 days, you can scale up, scale down, or cancel with 30 days notice.
