What the button does
One-tap WhatsApp button
Shoppers tap the floating button and WhatsApp opens with your number and the message you wrote. Pick its color and the bottom-left or bottom-right corner on any plan.
Chat popup with your greeting
On Starter the button opens a small chat popup first, with your own greeting and button text, so shoppers know who they are talking to.
Up to 5 agents
List up to five people, such as Sales and Support, each with a name, role, WhatsApp number and starting message.
Business hours
Set your hours for each day. Outside them the popup shows an offline note, or you can hide the button until you are back.
Product name and link in the message
On product pages the message can include the product name and link, so you know what the shopper is asking about.
Choose pages and devices
Show the button on every page or only the pages you pick, on phones, desktop or both.
