What it does

What the delivery block does

Live cut-off countdown

Shoppers see how long they have left to order, for example "Order within 3 hrs 20 mins", counting down to your cut-off time.

A date range from your settings

Dates are worked out from your working days, processing time and shipping time, in your store's time zone.

Shipping times by country

Set different shipping times for the countries you ship to. The shopper's country picks the right one.

Rules by product tag

Add extra days for tagged products, or hide the estimate for them completely.

Box or Timeline layout

Show a simple Box, or a Timeline of Ordered, Ships and Delivered, in the style that fits your product page.

6 styles, or your own colors

Start from one of 6 ready-made styles, or set your own colors, icons and wording.

How it works

Start your free trial
When the app is listed, add it to your store and start the 14-day free trial from its dashboard.
Set your times
Enter your cut-off time, working days, processing time and shipping time. The app reads your store's time zone.
Add holidays and rules
Add holidays, shipping times for your countries, and extra days or a hidden estimate for tagged products.
Add the block to your product page
Add the app block to your product page in the theme editor, choose Box or Timeline and a style, and save. There is no theme code to edit.

The dates are estimates, not a promise. They come from the times you set. The block does not change your shipping rates or your carrier's real delivery times, so keep your settings in line with how you actually ship.

Questions, answered honestly

Is MatrixInn Estimated Delivery in the Shopify App Store yet?

Not yet. The app has been submitted and is under Shopify review. This page will link to the App Store listing as soon as the review is finished. To hear when it is live, send us a message.

Does it work with my theme, and do I need to edit code?

It is an app block that you add to your product page in the theme editor, so it works with themes that support app blocks (Online Store 2.0 themes). There is no theme code to edit.

Are the delivery dates guaranteed?

No. They are estimates worked out from the cut-off time, working days, processing time and shipping times that you set. Keep them in line with how you really ship.

Is there a free trial, and how do I cancel?

Yes, 14 days free. After that it is $0.99 per 30 days, billed through Shopify. You can cancel from the app dashboard or from your Shopify admin, and the delivery block is removed from your store.

What data does the app store?

The app requests no access to your products, orders or customers. It reads your store's time zone and keeps the delivery settings you enter. On your storefront it sets no cookies, stores nothing on the shopper's device and sends no visitor data to us. The full privacy policy is linked at the bottom of this page.
