MatrixInn Size Chart help

How to add size charts to your Shopify product pages, choose which products show each chart, and fix the common problems. The app is under Shopify review, so these steps apply once it is listed.

Setup

Set it up in 4 steps

    Start the free trial

    Open the app from your Shopify admin and click Start free trial on the Dashboard, then Approve. You get 14 days free, then $0.99 per 30 days.

    Create your first chart

    Go to Charts > New chart and pick a template, such as Unisex T-shirts, or Blank. Edit the table or paste one from Google Sheets or Excel under Paste a table. Tick cm/in on the measurement columns and add a how-to-measure note or image if you like.

    Choose which products show it

    Under Show this chart on, keep All products or choose a product tag, product type, vendor, collection or a single product. Click Save chart.

    Add the size guide to your product page

    On the Dashboard, click Add to product page. The theme editor opens with the Size guide block added. Drag it under the size picker if you like and click Save. Then open a product and click Size guide to see the chart.

Settings

What each setting does

Charts

Up to 100 charts. Reorder them (the first matching chart wins), copy, delete, and import or export any chart as CSV.

cm/in switch

Shoppers switch units and only the columns you marked as measurements change.

Style

6 styles, your colors, the link look (text link, outline button or filled pill) and an icon.

Popup or drawer

Open the chart in a popup or a side drawer. On phones it opens as a bottom sheet.

Floating tab

An optional "Size guide" tab on the side of the page. Switch on the Size guide tab app embed in the theme editor too.

Troubleshooting

If something is not working

The Size guide link does not show on a product
Products that match no chart rule show no link. Check the chart's Show this chart on setting, or add a chart for All products. Also check that the Size guide block is on your product template, the theme is saved, and your trial or plan is active.
The wrong chart shows
The first chart that matches a product wins. Reorder your charts on the Charts page so the more specific chart comes first.
cm/in does not change some columns
Only columns ticked as measurements are converted. Edit the chart and tick cm/in on those columns.
The floating tab does not appear
Switch on the Size guide tab app embed in the theme editor (Customize > App embeds) and turn the tab on in Settings.

Plans, cancelling and your data

How much does it cost?
14 days free, then $0.99 per 30 days, billed by Shopify. One plan with up to 100 charts and unlimited views.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the app Dashboard or by uninstalling the app. The size guide is removed from your store.
Can I move my charts out later?
Yes. Download any chart as a CSV file from the Charts page.
What data does the app use?
Your charts and settings are saved in your own store. Nothing is stored on the shopper's device, no cookies are set and nothing is sent to us. The app requests no access to your products, orders or customers.
